OUR STORY

We didn’t set out to make tea. In fact, we’ve always hated tea.

Not the leaves themselves — but what the industry did to them. The gimmicks, the dusty bags, the flowery packaging, the endless “calm” claims. Tea became something bland, overcomplicated, or fake. We weren’t interested.

But on a hillside in Fujian, we found something different: tea that wasn’t trying to be tea. Whole leaves with strength. No marketing fluff, no lavender sprinkles, no fake promises - just clean energy, sharper mornings, steadier nights.

THE REBELLION

YiBai was born from a refusal.

A refusal to play along with an industry buried in gimmicks and noise. A refusal to pretend tea should be weak, dusty, or dressed up with artificial flavors.

WHY YIBAI

Our name means “one hundred” in Chinese — a nod to the hundred trials, missteps, and tastings it takes to find the one thing worth keeping. That’s what we did: sifted through noise until only clarity remained.

We make just four teas: Black and Green. Active and Classic.

No flavors. No blends. No marketing tricks. Just strength and intention in its purest form.
